Ask us anything
Our best cheeses for melting are the Reaper Jack, Mozzarella, and Burrata. Our Fondue and Butter are deliciously melty too!
The other cheeses will become very soft and creamy when cooked, but if cooked for too long they will dry and become hard because of the higher protein content, so if cooking with them, we recommend a short cooking time.
Our products last from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the cheese. The shelf life information is on each product page, and you'll find an expiry date printed on the label too!
Remember to keep the cheese stored in a cool, dry refrigerator, preferably in a container that's not air-tight.
Nuts: currently all of our products contain nuts!
Gluten: we don't use any gluten-containing ingredients in our cheeses, however we can’t guarantee the absence of trace amounts.
Soy: We use soy lecithin for the Salted Butter and organic white rice miso (made from fermented soy beans) for the Smoked Cheddar and Camembert.
We have a local motorbike delivery service which is fairly-priced and convenient! We also deliver outside of Bali to most major Indonesian cities using Paxel, with ice and styrofoam to keep your cheese safe. Please read the guidance on the Shop page for full information.
We do not currently ship overseas.
Some of our cheeses come impressively close to traditional dairy — especially in flavour and richness — while others are a little more unique. The one thing that’s still tough to replicate is the stretch and melt of conventional cheese (we're working on it!).
What we can say is: each of our products has been carefully crafted to be delicious in its own right — cheesy, savoury, and full of character. Not identical, but inspired by the real thing — and often preferred by those who've tried both.
