Our Story

A humble beginning, 

a delicious journey.

TreeNut began in 2019 with a craving — for cheese that aligned with our values, but didn’t compromise on taste.

So we set out to make our own, crafting our very first Camembert in a tiny home kitchen. Creamy, tangy, and wrapped in wax paper, that wheel sparked something bigger than we imagined.

Encouraged by kind words (and growing orders), we expanded — moving through three kitchens during the pandemic before settling into our current home in Ubud. Each move marked a chapter of learning, hustle, and joy.

From one humble wheel to a full range of handcrafted cheeses, we’re still guided by the same belief: that food can be bold, beautiful, and deeply kind.
